Refund Policy

1. Our 14-Day Refund Promise

If your Layolio purchase is not right for you, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of purchase.

You do not need to provide a reason. Downloading or accessing the product does not prevent you from requesting a refund under this promise.

Our products are digital, so no physical return is required.

2. How to Request a Refund

Email etasarimcom@gmail.com with the email address used for your purchase and the product you would like refunded.

Include your order reference if available. If you cannot find it, we will help locate your purchase.

An explanation or screenshot may help us understand a problem, but neither is required under our 14-day promise.

3. Refund Processing

We aim to respond within two business days.

For requests covered by our 14-day promise, we will arrange the refund through Lemon Squeezy within 14 calendar days of receiving your request. We will follow any shorter deadline required by applicable law.

Refunds are normally returned to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider determines when the funds appear in your account.

We do not charge a refund administration fee. A full refund covers the amount paid for the refunded product, including applicable taxes handled through checkout.

4. Problems After 14 Days

Contact us even after the voluntary refund period if:

• You have not received access to your purchase.

• The supplied product is faulty or unusable.

• The product materially differs from its description.

• You believe you were charged twice for the same purchase.

We will investigate and provide an appropriate remedy, such as restoring access, correcting or replacing the product, or issuing a refund, as required by applicable law.

Our 14-day promise does not shorten any statutory claim period.

5. Use After a Refund

When a full refund is issued, your license to the refunded product ends, subject to any rights that cannot lawfully be restricted.

You must stop using the template and delete original and editable copies under your control. You must not continue creating or distributing designs under the refunded license.

Your independently created text, images, and other original content remain yours.

6. Lemon Squeezy

Lemon Squeezy administers payments and refunds as Merchant of Record. Its applicable checkout terms and payment procedures also apply.

Lemon Squeezy may independently issue refunds under its own policies. Nothing here restricts that ability or your lawful payment-dispute rights.

7. Your Legal Rights

This voluntary policy is additional to your rights under applicable law.

We do not assume that accessing digital content automatically removes all cancellation or refund rights. Mandatory rights concerning withdrawal, non-delivery, faulty content, or inaccurate descriptions remain unaffected.
